The NBN address checker has recently been overhauled to provide better information and clarity on when homes and businesses can expect to get an NBN connection.
Almost every Australian will now be able to find out when they can reach out to their preferred Internet Provider, like Telstra, and get an NBN connection.

By typing in a residential or business address into the form on the NBN’s website it now produces an improved timeline on an expected commencement date of building (or service availability). If an address provide no specific information on the NBN Address Tracker, the service is aimed to be completed by 2020.
Approximately 60,000 new businesses and homes are connected each week.
